You can enter or paste the order number (or e-commerce ID/gfx ID) in the search bar and filter your search further by using the status and time drop-down tabs to the right to generate what you’re looking for.

• View the Status and Printer details to ensure your orders are processing to production successfully. If there is an error, an error status will appear under the ‘status’ column.
• Click the drop-down arrow on the far left of the order information to open the entire order, including proof and art files. Right-click the thumbnails or art file icons to open the images in a new tab or window.

Statuses

• If an order or an item(s) from an order has not been printed or gone to print, the status will reflect one of the following: Pending designs, Rendering arts, or Error

• You’ll know when an order has successfully gone to production to print when you see one of these statuses: Printing, Shipped

Pending Designs: Orders with this status typically mean that the order is still in moderation pending acceptance or rejection.

Rendering Arts: The art is still loading, but the designs should appear in moderation shortly.

Error: When you see this status, click the drop-down on the far right of the order to view the entire order and see the notes. The notes column will state what the issue is and how to proceed.

Printing: This means that after the order was accepted in moderation, it has been successfully sent to the printer for production and fulfillment.

Shipped: The order has been fulfilled and shipped!
