Moderation is where you can view, accept, reject, and hold orders placed by your customers before they are sent to production. This is where you can review your orders to ensure they follow your guidelines and look as they should before pushing them through to your printer for fulfillment.

You can also search for specific orders/items using the filters at the top of the page: by template ID, and order number (e-commerce ID or gfx ID). You can enhance the search even further with the timespan placed, product type, and product color using the three drop-down tabs on the upper right.
Click the “Created” filter (as seen on the far right) to sort your view from oldest to newest or vice versa. The default filter for this is set to view orders from newest to oldest.
When reviewing designs through the Detailed Design View in Moderation, you will find important order details on the left when viewing the product. This side pane will provide:
the e-commerce/Shopify order ID/number
gfx order ID/number
the printer
template ID
the date the order was placed
the customer's name and email
Click between Front and Back to view the design template from either side.
Use the Color contrast view to change the background color of your file view. This helps to visualize your item on a contrasted background.
You may find that re-rendering is necessary to regenerate or refresh the art and/or proof files.

When you click on Moderation from the left drop-down menu under Orders, you are automatically routed to the ‘all orders’ page which reflects all orders regardless of their status. You can click into any of the tab categories, as shown above, to view specific orders by their status. For example, ‘on hold’ will show you only the orders you’ve placed on hold.

Place an item on hold by clicking the “on hold” toggle. This will move the item to the “On Hold” tab for easy, organized access and visibility. You can also add a comment to note the reason for the hold. Whenever you’re ready, use the same toggle to remove the hold and accept or reject at any time.
